Classic Bodyworks originated on the far south side of Chicago in 1979. Our dad, Clint Sabedra, instilled in my older brother and myself that honest hard work ethic determines your success. As an auto mechanic by trade, my dad sacrificed his after-work hobby of working on cars in this garage by allowing us to regularly use the garage for our own weightlifting gym. Eventually we had about 25 friends and acquaintances regularly pumping iron in the place which we suitably named "Clint's Garage" in honor of our dad. He was a simple hard-working man. We remember and honor him today by proudly using the Clint's Garage brand. Our small garage hardcore gym only lasted a few years, but the memories of those workouts still last a lifetime for us.
